We provide educational and coaching services designed to support parents and families. These services are not medical, psychological, or clinical advice and should not replace professional healthcare guidance. Clients are responsible for seeking medical advice where necessary.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Coaching Sessions / Appointments

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.

Digital Products / Courses

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted, unless required by law.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information

Attend scheduled sessions on time

Follow safe sleep and parenting advice responsibly

Understand results cannot be guaranteed

All materials provided — including PDFs, sleep plans, guides, videos, and course content — remain the intellectual property of The Empowered Parent.
Clients may not copy, share, resell, or distribute materials without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

All client information is treated confidentially and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information will not be shared unless legally required or where there is a safeguarding concern.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Empowered Parent will not be liable for:

Outcomes resulting from the application or misapplication of advice

Indirect or consequential loss

Technical issues outside of our control (e.g., internet failures)

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
