Frequently asked questions
What age range do you support?
I support babies from 4 months to children of up to 7 years.
Typically I wait until sleep has matured (around the 9-12 week mark) due the changes in little ones sleep at this stage
Do you use cry-it-out methods?
No I don't advocate for this. I offer parents various in room settling methods, and we discuss at length what likely would work best for your baby (based on their sleep history) and also what you are comfortable with. I also discuss crying and educate parents on this in terms of communication, change and setting boundaries
How quickly will I see results?
Every family and child is different, however with consistency clients have seen great improvements to sleep in as little as 4 - 5 days.
