Hi! I'm Lynsey Robinson, and welcome to The Empowered Parent

As a Certified Infant Sleep Coach, and KGH trained Hypnobirthing teacher, my vision for The Empowered Parent is to create a safe space for parents and parents to be, to learn, be heard and feel confident.

My aim is to listen, support and empower as many families as possible, who are;

• Overwhelmed by information sources on sleep and want a dedicated, bespoke plan which aligns to their parenting values and their children's personality

• Who are losing confidence in their decisions around sleep, and feel constantly frustrated

• Need more sleep for themselves and their family

Antenatal hypnobirthing education is every parent's right and I want to transform parents who are fearful of labour and birth, to a place where they feel knowledgeable, know their choices and feel more in control

Having experienced the transformative impact of both Antenatal hypnobirthing education and receiving professional expert sleep guidance, I can truly resonate with parents at the start of their journey.
