Sleep, belief and confidence

A number of mums and parents I speak to have an idea of the changes they need to make when it comes to improving their little ones sleep.

We all know change can feel daunting, scary and uncomfortable. Ultimately they are scared to make the change, take the leap and this is where I provide guidance, support and reassurance.

If you are looking to improve your LO's sleep, you are in tune with knowing what your baby needs to do so, but just apprehensive to make the change, I would encourage you to just start.

Look inward and trust your instinct.

It could be changing something really minor to begin with so you don’t feel overwhelmed, i.e. making sure your LO has an afternoon nap at the same time roughly each day.

Trust in yourself and your child.
