“Wake up it’s a beautiful morning”

A great first step in improving your little ones sleep can be as simple as starting each day at roughly the same time.

Why?

By consistently starting the day, at for example, between 6:30-7am it helps to regulate our circadian rhythm.

Look back at the days (maybe fore kids) where Mon - Fri would involve early starts, but the weekends meant later nights and mornings……and you would often be left feeling pretty groggy too, rather than refreshed from a lie in!

Research has shown starting the day at different times can have similar effects on the body as Jet Lag.

For our little ones, by starting roughly at the same time, it helps with nap scheduling too, and ultimately helps you run your day better!

What do you prefer, same time or go with the flow? Let me know below!

Thanks, Lynsey x
